At Halo Crafts, we want to get your creative spark moving as quickly as possible.

• Processing Time: Most orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days. During peak holiday seasons or new collection launches, please allow up to 5 business days for your kit to be curated and packed.

• Shipping Rates & Delivery: * Standard Shipping: Usually takes 7–12 business days depending on your location.

  • Express Shipping: Available at checkout for those who can’t wait to start their masterpiece!

• Tracking Your Glow: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your kit's journey to your doorstep.

• International Shipping: We currently ship to North America, Europe and South America. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs fees or import taxes.

• Missing or Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged or tracking shows "delivered" but it’s nowhere to be found, please contact us at admin@halocrafts.store within 48 hours.
