14-Day Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Unused Condition: To be eligible for a return, your kit must be in the same condition that you received it—unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Because our kits contain specific quantities of yarn, paint, and materials, we cannot accept returns if the material seals have been broken or the project has been started.

Digital download patterns.

Kits that have been partially completed or opened.

How to Start a Return: Contact us at admin@halocrafts.store. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged).

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. A $10 restocking fee will be charged.
